Live Painting | Palais Sommer: Klaviernacht

This summer, I will be performing as a live painting artist at the Palais Sommer's Klaviernacht — an open-air piano night at the heart of Dresden's Neumarkt. As Korean pianist Ahhyun Lee takes to the stage on the open stage next to the iconic Dresden Frauenkirche, I will be translating one piece in four movements into visual form in real time, continuing my ongoing series of works that render musical energy through expressive brushwork and drawing.
The Palais Sommer is Dresden's beloved free open-air festival for art, culture, and education, running from June 20 to August 30, 2026. Come enjoy the music, watch the painting unfold live, and experience the dialogue between sound and image.
Admission is free. All are welcome.
